Musical breakfast with Jef Neve, closing with Das Rock ABSoluut Gent 10 Mijl is a running event with a festival atmosphere. The slogan “ABSolutely for everyone” expresses the commitment to give as many people as possible a fantastic day. “There is no better city than Ghent to unite sport, culture, entertainment and tourism”, says Marathonman Stefaan Engels.

We start and finish under and around the festively decorated E17 viaduct in Gentbrugge. Before the start, everyone can calmly prepare themselves with a musical breakfast with top pianist Jef Neve. We offer breakfast boxes tailored to runners, supporters and children, the proceeds of which go to our charities: Sportaround and Op Wielekes. Runners can refuel and supporters enjoy the day. Catering and drinks are provided, a free kids run, a very wide VIP offer for companies and we all close together with a swinging concert by Das Rock. In the afternoon there are numerous activities on and around the Fly - Over in the context of Car Free Sunday.
